Our
specifications and quality measures are very high and strict when it comes to the
selection of raw materials and suppliers.
This process
sorts and separates wheat grain from other impurities. Broken wheat grains are removed to
eliminate any problems.
The Boiling
process takes place in a chemically balanced air vacuumed container where the Wheat is
mixed water.
The Wheat is
sun dried, the wheat is exposed to the sun in a large well protected area.
After the Wheat
is exposed to the sun, washing is required to clean the wheat from the impurities. Meeting
all health standards
This process
removes the peel of the wheat
Grinding the
wheat to specific measurements.
This process is
necessary to preserve the Burgul longer, it is necessary to reduce the humidity factor to
a required dryness
The Final
product is sorted based on grain size (large, fine and very fine)
The final
product is now packaged in three type of packaged based on the weight (1 Kg, 5 Kg and 25
Kg)

The boiling process takes place in a closed
environment; this guarantees a minimum nutritional value loss. The Burgul maintains all
the nutrition in the Wheat even after processing.
The final washing takes place to clean the
Burgul from all impurities like dust and dirt.
The final drying process reduces the
humidity and guarantees the consumer a higher yield per pound and a longer shelf life.
